Skilled java and .Net developer with over 8 years’ and projects worth more than 8000 $ of extensive industry and full life cycle experience in a java based Environment, along with exceptional analytical, design and problem solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills and able to work alongside support teams and the java community to define and refine new functionality. From December 2016 till recently I am working as student (HiWi) with Professor R. Patz in FH-Kiel in a project in energy sector. Parts of my duties are designing the software architecture, communicating with customers and managing the requirements, planning the test phases and help the test users during the system test, developing software components.
As a team leader, my duties were:
- Keep the development team on track
- Project planning and prioritization
- Work with the team to ensure sufficient processes and tools are in place to meet the requirements of the business and customers
- Ensure that every member of the team is working to at least a reasonable level
